All Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post or DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation from via email, including a tracking link to keep an eye on your order. Please note the above delivery time frames are an estimation provided by our shipping providers and although we hope this never happens, delays during transit may occur from time to time in which Azura Reborn cannot be held responsible for.

All orders placed before 11am will be dispatched that day, with any orders placed after this cut-off time dispatched the following business day. Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow 1 – 2 days for your order to be processed and dispatched during promotions and over the Christmas period.


International orders are shipped with DHL, using a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service. Azura Reborn cannot be held responsible for any Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by International customs, and any additional charges rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes. Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to Azura Reborn, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.
